In 2018, Trump announced the beginning of a new chapter in relations with Iran by announcing his withdrawal from the joint comprehensive plane of action (JCPOA). During this period, a new chapter was formed in the exchange of tweets between the political leaders of Iran and the United States, which could be the basis for determining the strategy of Iranian diplomacy. Therefore, the main question of the research is what strategy did the Iranian diplomacy approach represent via Twitter in the year of the US withdrawal from JCPOA? In this regard, in-depth interviews were conducted with 17 experts in the three main areas of communication, international relations and political science, and based on the content analysis method, concepts and categories were extracted using maxqoda software. A review of the interviews confirms that Iranian diplomacy on Twitter is able to be a guide line for the future of Iranian diplomacy and as a contributing element in political exchanges and to advance the country's diplomacy one step further.

Marshall McLuhan considers the media to be equivalent to a message; Thus, since mankind began transmitting the message to all its species, the media has existed and in its evolutionary path has influenced and reciprocally influenced cultures as the foundations of civilizations. The most important feature of mass media is that they are "institutional." This means that the message is prepared and sent within a coherent communication system with the aim of influencing the audience's awareness.Civilizations are also the product of external conditions and environmental, cultural, political, sociological, and economic factors that affect the thought and within individuals of society. Thinking becomes a society, so it seems necessary to examine the role of the media in the post-Islamic Revolution with the unique components of belief, politics, culture, and sociology; So the question is, what has been the role of the media in the process of civilization after the Islamic Revolution in Iran?Given that the media have a great influence on public awareness and the establishment of social relations and the deepening of moral values and virtues, it seems that the role of the media and civilization is reciprocal.

Animation films are very popular all over the world, including in Iranian society, and have a large audience. Children learn many life and communication skills from different channels. Given the importance of life skills gained from the environment in which animations play a more effective role, the question is how to display communication skills in animation, and how do the main characters react to events? To answer this question, let's move on to animation and use John Fisk's semiotics method and content coding on three levels; Appearance, technical and social have been studied. Among the four samples examined, the results of a sample of Iranian animation (Rostam and Sohrab) and a sample of non-Iranian animation (Coco) are given. The unit of analysis is animation sequences. The results indicate that in the Iranian and non-Iranian samples studied, apart from technical and technical issues, they are not different in terms of content and communication skills are well displayed in them. A set of socio-cultural implications implies relationships that are full of intimacy, support, and closeness to family members. The main character of the story voluntarily goes his own way to meet his desires and needs. In the non-Iranian example, the first character of the story, by deconstructing the story, proceeds to the forbidden subject of the story, but in the end, preserving the institution of the family is accompanied by preserving the institution of the family. In these representations, the child is not represented in its natural age position and is shown to be older than their age. Pride and emphasis on customs, national symbols, preserving the institution of the family, giving a role and paying attention to the child are among the good and suitable contents of animation.

We can recognize two distinguished mainstreams in the moral philosophy. The virtue Ethics and the deontological ethics. The former is conception that many scholars in moral philosophy call it as the clearest characteristic of the moral thought of classics. In fact moral philosophy for Plato and Aristotle and their followers in the middle ages namely for Islamic and Christian philosophers, should lead to virtuous life. While in the deontological ethics, after profound evolutions in the recent centuries, the foundation of ethical judgment is based on “duty” or “obligation”, the conception is itself grounded on the modern philosophy of right. Relying on original texts of virtue-oriented and deontologist philosophers, we attempt in this article to take the “priority” of deontological ethics over virtue ethics in the media sphere into consideration. This priority does not mean superiority, but it means that if we want predicate the media on virtue ethics, we firstly and necessarily needs to recognize priority of the deontological ethics over the virtue ethics.

The present paper is the outcome of a qualitative study aimed at providing a model to demonstrate the role of the Cultural Heritage documentary films broadcast on the Iranian domestic television on strengthening the cultural identity of Iranians. The method used in this research, i.e. the grounded theory method (GTM), is carried out in five stagesofresearch design, data collection, data adjustment, data analysis, and comparison with literature. Data collection isperformed through observation, study of documents, and in-depth interviews while actors are selected (through snowball and theoretical sampling methods) from the two communities of documentary makers and associated managers.13 interviews were conducted in total to satisfy the requirements of theoretical saturation. In thedata analysis stage, open coding was applied to all interviews in which the 153 obtained concepts were placed in 23 sub-categories and, ultimately,in 8 main categories (statements). The findingsdemonstrate that televising the Cultural Heritage documentaries is influential instrengthening the cultural identity of Iranians (phenomenon) through the capabilities of television documentaries (causal conditions), interactions with managerial and professional platforms (underlying conditions) and intervening conditions of applying professional and managerialstrategies (strategies) in order to achieve the objectives of the cultural development of the country (consequence).

In this paper, the role of cyberspace in promotion of MPD is studied. This is an applied study in terms of achievements and findings, and a descriptive-survey study regarding its objectives. The statistical population consists of all professors in political science, international relations and communications from prestigious universities in Tehran, Iran. By using convenience sampling method, 14 experts are selected for the study. Two questions are designed according to the opinions of study participants: (a) What is the role of social networks in promoting MPD? And (b) what are the benefits of cyber communications in promoting MPD?A 23-item questionnaire in Persian, rated on Likert scale,is used to collect data from experts which was then analyzed based on the Delphi technique and using statistical tests. According to the obtained results, it is concluded that the cyberspace can create a major impact on modern public diplomacyby affectingthe political development of Iran through mechanisms such asopen expression of political views, awareness of the political currents, promotion and introduction of special parties and enrichment of the political and factional rivalry as well as paving the way for diplomacy.

This paper is to explore the problematic taking advantage of structure/agent approach. Also, after exploring the two approaches, i.e. direct electronic democracy vs. the death of politics in the cyber culture, a conception of media-driven democracy as an alternative for the current democracy is presented. To this end, we focused on a group research whose analysis is based on grounded theory models. Results of the explored concepts showed that the youth: have high creativity and low rationality; their idea is pattern acceptor and critical; their view to domestic media is with mistrust, they believe domestic media are purposefully selective and so they've got more trust to foreign media. The leisure time is managed by the youth which is highly affected with cyberspace. They focus more on modern media than the traditional. They believe that domestic media malfunctions with specific orientation and emotional terms. Media in our country needs to consider the quality of its interaction with the youth lifestyle as its biggest portion of audience. It should also consider the vast social changes and formation of the new social-networks.

By the development of mass communications and specially media communications in our time, there has been a great influence and development of the personal identity and social system up to the international and general standards.
So, it will affect both the priority of values and the degree of society’s value consensus in regulating the behavior system of society. In other words, the process of removing the properties and meanings from the value system and its productive contexts has been localized both in the official and institutional associations and unofficial associations like the cultural ecosystems.
This article, will try to theoretically study the relationship between media and social networks on the one hand and to investigate the interactive and evolutionary process of it and its impacts on the social and identical interaction systems in macro and micro levels on the other hand. The article uses analytical approach to investigate the objective and subjective effects of the emergence of new media, as the autonomous power center of the value system which can personalize the social phenomenon within the media space and universal sphere.
