Abstract

The Infodemic refers to a situation where a large amount of information, including correct and incorrect information, is created about a problem, and this amount of information prevents the achievement of effective solutions for its management. Therefore, the lack of knowledge and proper management of Infodemic in the society can have very destructive effects on the behavior of the people in the society during the Corona outbreak. Although many researches have been conducted in the field of information epidemic, most of them have dealt with the negative effects of this phenomenon, and the issue of managing information epidemic and providing solutions to control it has been almost neglected. Therefore, in this research, after reviewing the research conducted in the field of information epidemic, in order to know the influencing variables and understand the existing relationships, a dynamic model was presented by applying the fuzzy Dimetal technique and system dynamics modeling approach, to draw causal diagrams. Halqavi, to help to better understand the factors affecting the management of the Infodemic in Iran. The results of the research showed that people's awareness, attitude towards the use of social media and government decisions have the greatest impact in managing this phenomenon.
