چکیده

همه گیری اطلاعات به شرایطی اطلاق می شود که اطلاعات وسیعی اعم از اطلاعات صحیح و غلط، در مورد یک مشکل ایجاد شود و این وسعت اطلاعات مانع دستیابی به راهکارهای موثر برای مدیریت آن شده که این شرایط در محیط های دیجیتال بخصوص در طول شیوع ویروس کرونا تشدید می شود. بنابراین عدم شناخت و مدیریت صحیح اطلاعات در جامعه می تواند آثار بسیار مخربی بر رفتار افراد جامعه در دوران شیوع کرونا داشته باشد. اگرچه در حوزه همه گیری اطلاعات تحقیقات زیادی انجام شده است اما، اکثر آنها به اثرات منفی این پدیده پرداخته اند و موضوع مدیریت نمودن همه گیری اطلاعات و ارائه راهکارهای کنترل آن تقریبا مغفول مانده است. لذا در این پژوهش پس از بررسی تحقیقات انجام شده در زمینه همه گیری اطلاعات، به منظور شناخت متغیر های تاثیرگذار و درک روابط موجود، با به کارگیری تکنیک دیمتل فازی و رویکرد مدلسازی پویایی سیستم، یک مدل پویا ارائه شد، تا با ترسیم نمودارهای علی حلقوی، به شناخت بهتر عوامل موثر بر مدیریت همه گیری اطلاعات در ایران کمک نماید. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که آگاهی مردم، نگرش به استفاده از رسانه های اجتماعی و تصمیمات دولت بیشترین تاثیر را در مدیریت این پدیده دارند.

چکیده [English]

The Infodemic refers to a situation where a large amount of information, including correct and incorrect information, is created about a problem, and this amount of information prevents the achievement of effective solutions for its management.Therefore, the lack of knowledge and proper management of Infodemic in the society can have very destructive effects on the behavior of the people in the society during the Corona outbreak. Although many researches have been conducted in the field of information epidemic, most of them have dealt with the negative effects of this phenomenon, and the issue of managing information epidemic and providing solutions to control it has been almost neglected. Therefore, in this research, after reviewing the research conducted in the field of information epidemic, in order to know the influencing variables and understand the existing relationships, a dynamic model was presented by applying the fuzzy Dimetal technique and system dynamics modeling approach, to draw causal diagrams. Halqavi, to help to better understand the factors affecting the management of the Infodemic in Iran. The results of the research showed that people's awareness, attitude towards the use of social media and government decisions have the greatest impact in managing this phenomenon.
