This paper aims at offering a longitudinal study of the functions of the radio in Iran and North America. I launched a comparative study on radio functions in Iran and Canada in 2001. Some of the results indicated that radio in North American had kept its traditional functions while emphasizing its entertaining role. In Iran however, radio focused more on ethical and training issues. Here in 2015-2016, the paper will focus on two following issues for the purpose of a longitudinal data analysis: 1- Alternative media has reduced the social role of radio; 2- comparative functions of radio in North America and in Iran continue to change. The paper will provide an understanding about the traditional role of radio and its changes since 2001. The paper uses the theory of functional media to answer its questions. Doing such a study on genetic changes of radio functions enables us to unveil how functions of the radio have changed. The results can be used for policy issues and whether radio should still be operational and if so what the new roles for radio should be to meet the moral values of Iranian society while attracting Iranian audience

The use of Audio Software as effective element on the quality of programming has doubled and creating an audio scene, they can have dramatic effects. Nuendo and Adobe Audition software to create audio sceneries of virtual for listeners and viewers And create psychological effects of arbitrary in contacts and to provide powerful environment for recording, editing and mixing digital sound.
The main goal of this research is the study of usage effects of audio software on form and content of radio programs by program-makers. The survey method is making use of questionnaire application among some 135 person from the IRIB producers northwest: IRIB center in Ardabil, West Azarbaijan and Zanjan. The results of hypothesis testing using Pearson correlation test shows there is a significant relationship between variables indicative of the effects of using audio software with the territories of radio ambient in relation to form and content of radio programs by program-makers.

Radio as a sensory-hearing media depends on the perfect will not on the partial or imperfect will. This will is used sometimes by the administrative force of the director of media in order to plan some effective programs, and sometimes by the producer or media agent for the sake of influence on the audience in order to stimulate and instigate him/her. As its fundamental aim, this article would try to analyze the concept of will psycho- philosophically, and based on it; presents some ways to the genesis of motion in this media. Therefore, we would speak about will and its conceptual aspects firstly, and then about its objective and subjective aspects and finally we would conclude that every motion in a media like radio – especially self-conscious motions- needs a will for popular freedom not time-local determinism.
